Treatments — frequently asked questions

What dental services do you offer?

We're a full-service Perth dental clinic. We offer emergency dental, general dentistry (check-ups, cleans, fillings, extractions, root canal, wisdom teeth, dentures), cosmetic dentistry (veneers, crowns, Invisalign, whitening), dental implants and preventative care.

How much do treatments cost?

Your first emergency visit is $349 — consultation, x-rays, and one extraction or surface filling (excludes wisdom-tooth removal; new patients first emergency visit). For other treatments, we explain options and pricing before we begin. Health-fund claims are processed on the spot.

Do I need to book or can I walk in?

Calling is the fastest way to be seen, especially for emergencies — we triage urgent cases over the phone and prioritise same-day appointments. You can also book online.

How often should I have a check-up?

We recommend a check-up and clean every six months for most patients. Regular visits catch issues early — decay, gum disease, cracks — and prevent the kind of pain that leads to emergencies.

Do you treat nervous patients?

Yes. Many of our emergency patients are anxious — we explain everything clearly, take it at your pace and never rush. No judgment.

Do you accept health funds?

Yes — preferred provider for HBF, Bupa, Medibank, HCF, NIB, CBHS and Smile.com.au. We claim on the spot.

When to call vs book online

For emergencies — severe pain, swelling, knocked-out or broken teeth — calling us directly is the fastest way to be seen. Our team triages over the phone and prioritises urgent cases.
